We ask for passports, work permits, proof of address, previous address history, previous employers references, etc.
Each candidate is personally interviewed at our offices and uppon approval is given an extensive training.
Each new cleaner must pass a practical (real life) test before being assigned to a supervisor who continues the training by monitoring the quality of the service provided. Only after we have been completely satisfied that the new cleaner will be able to provide domestic cleaning service at the required leve al all times we assigne her to new clients.
